Mission2Match processes personal data of relations, clients, (potential) candidates, suppliers for (potential) candidates and contractors for interim assignments and recruitment & selection. Recipients of our communications (newsletters and invitations to (online) meetings) and visitors to our website.
Personal data
Mission2Match processes your personal data because you use our services and/or because you provide these to us yourself.
Your personal data will be processed to:
• carry out and manage your registration for our website and platform;
• make you offers and/or provide information about our interim assignments and vacancies;
• share your profile and/or curriculum vitae, after you have given express consent, whether or not anonymised, with clients or relations of Mission2Match;
• assess your suitability;
• enter into and maintain a placement relationship with you by periodically sending mailings and newsletters; to inform you about Mission2Match products and services; to inform you about matters we consider to be in your interest;
• comply with applicable laws and regulations;
• possibly institute, exercise and/or substantiate a legal claim.
Mission2Match only processes personal data that is necessary for our services. We may ask for additional data to better tailor our services to your wishes or to meet requests or obligations from clients.
Below you will find an overview of the personal data we process:
• your contact details (name, address, place of residence), email address and other contact details; data for the payment of your membership;
• your date of birth, gender and age;
• your curriculum vitae (CV) and information about education and work experience;
• data related to Mission2Match services, such as appointment dates, conversation reports, assessment results etc.;
• other data that may be relevant for assessing suitability, for example references.
Special and/or sensitive personal data
Mission2Match does not process special personal data. Special personal data includes religion, belief, political affiliation and health.
Legal basis for processing
In order to process your personal data, it must be based on one of the legal bases under the GDPR. In the case of Mission2Match, this is – depending on the specific personal data – the conclusion and performance of agreements with our candidates, suppliers and clients, a legal obligation, a legitimate interest or consent. Mission2Match in any case asks for consent for retaining personal data of (potential) candidates for recruitment and selection for longer than four weeks.
Retention period
Mission2Match does not retain your personal data longer than necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected and processed. The retention period we generally apply is seven years. Exceptions may apply on the basis of a legal retention obligation or due to (potential) legal proceedings. Mission2Match retains personal data of (potential) candidates for recruitment and selection for one year, provided consent has been given. We may ask for consent again after this year to retain the personal data for another year.
Sharing personal data with third parties
Mission2Match does not sell your personal data to third parties and only provides it when necessary for the purposes for which it is processed. We enter into processor agreements with companies that process your data on our behalf to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. Mission2Match remains responsible for these processing operations.
Processing of personal data outside the EU
Mission2Match processes your data only within the European Union. The GDPR applies in all countries of the European Union.

Mission2Match uses only technical and functional cookies, and analytical cookies that do not infringe on your privacy. You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and the right to data portability. You also have the right to withdraw any consent you have given for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by Mission2Match. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data we hold about you in a computer file to you or to another organisation you name. You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data portability of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to info@mission2match.nl. We would also like to point out that you have the option to lodge a complaint with the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
